Safety training is a federal law that oversees the requirement of an employer to provide employees with a workplace free from hazardous conditions. Employees must be responsible to ensure they are taking all the precautions to protect themselves and their fellow workers. Safety training is a major concern in today’s workplace for both employers and employees in which action have been taken to overcome this problem. This research of workplace safety training was conducted by the following: using internet to browse different safety training websites, books, magazines, and library, also a personal interview.
