Safety training is a federal law that oversees the requirement of an employer to provide employees with a workplace free from hazardous conditions. Employees must be responsible to ensure they are taking all the precautions to protect themselves and their fellow workers. Safety training is a major concern in todayââ¬â¢s workplace for both employers and employees in which action have been taken to overcome this problem.
